Placementcell Overview

The Placement Cell of GHITM identifies the industry needs and demands from time to time and prepares its graduating engineering   students who are on the threshold of an exciting career in the field of technology. The placement cell is committed to continuous learning, and creating positive ideas, through rigorous training to prepare the young techies. Our primary objective is to enrich students' human capital through the creation of a learning environment. We are dedicated to help our students achieve worthwhile positions in different fields in the corporate sectors. Students' communication skills are honed through communication and organizational behavior courses.

For overall personality development regular counseling sessions are organized on various. phpects of personality development like positive thinking, body language, time management, stress management and communicative skills. We invite psychologists and career counselors to conduct these sessions, motivate the students and help them to improve the power of assimilation and retention.

We also organize off/pooled-campus recruitment programme, to facilitate the students of other technical Institute of the State to learn and improvise them.

In-House Industrial Training The Institute has signed a MoU with the Infosys Technologies for conducting Infosys Campus Connect Program at the institute. The training program is being conducted in full swing since 2007. The following list presents the names of some of the organizations provide on-site training facilities to the students

Placement
The Training and Placement Cell of the Institute arranges placement drive for the students. A continuous endeavor made to place the students in the companies of repute has proved to be highly effective.
